Overview

All necessary safety gear is available. Ladies are requested not to wear dresses or skirts. Our bungee jumping adventures will pick you up and drop you off at Mayem Lake in Bicholim. However, if you want to drive yourself, we will email you a map of the activity's location as soon as you order your tickets.

Age limits apply to bungee jumping; in order to participate, you must be at least ten years old. If you are between the ages of 10 and 17, be sure to bring an adult with you so they can sign the consent form. Before you jump, we also ask that you are well-hydrated and rested. Any medical ailments, such as low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, high myopia, broken or dislocated bones, fragile skin, neurological diseases, diabetes, asthma, prostheses, panic/anxiety attacks, must be disclosed to our team.

Refunds Policies:

· Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used to make the reservation.

· Refunds for online and credit/debit card bookings will take between 5 and 7 business days.

· For the refund to be processed, the original receipt must be shown.

Cancellation Policies:

· If you cancel more than 24 hours before the commencement of the activity, you will receive a full refund.

· If you cancel more than 3 days before the commencement of the activity, you will receive a full refund (for Houseboat & Yacht).

Your bungee guides work in the service sector, just as waiters and waitresses in restaurants. Please give them a tip that is commensurate with how much you respect the lifetime experience they have contributed to. Bring some cash with you.
